  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Mix in the melted butter, then stir in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix well.
  5. Add the flour and gently combine until just incorporated.
  6. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with cinnamon, and then add the remaining batter on top.
