Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tray with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Add butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk, and mix until smooth.
  4. Fill cupcake liners about 2/3 full with the batter.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make the frosting.
