  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the brown sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
