  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the beef slices, cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in broccoli and soy sauce, cooking until the broccoli is tender.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry.
  6. Add the slurry to the pan, stirring to thicken the sauce.

Notes
