- 2 pounds flat iron steak
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- In a bowl, combine lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
