  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place the steak in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Preheat grill on high heat.
  4. Remove steak from marinade and brush with olive oil.
  5. Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, depending on desired doneness.
  6. Remove from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Slice against the grain and garnish with cilantro.
