- 1 pound chicken breast
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup pasta of choice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add diced turkey bacon. Cook until crispy.
- Add chopped onions, carrots, celery, and garlic to the pot. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
