  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes

  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add ground chicken, onion, and garlic, then cook until chicken is browned.
  3. Stir in broth, crushed tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Bring to a boil, then add broken lasagna noodles and cook until tender.
  5. Stir in spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan until heated through.
