Cheesy Spinach Puffs

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the mixture on each square.
  5. Fold the pastry over to create a triangle shape.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • Make sure to squeeze out excess moisture from the spinach.
  • These can be frozen before baking for later use.
