  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the baby potatoes, smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss until the potatoes and sausage are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
