Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Roll out the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shape it into a rectangle.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning on top.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, cut into sticks, and serve warm.
