- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
