Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 leeks, sliced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
