  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Mix until the sauce is smooth.
