A delicious and easy-to-make breakfast casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cups hash browns

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add the diced chicken ham and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a greased casserole dish, layer the hash browns, crumbled bacon, chicken ham, and cheese.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the top and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can use any type of cheese you like.
  • Add vegetables such as bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
