1 large onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons garam masala
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
