- 1 pound beef, sliced
- 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the bacon drippings, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add mushrooms and cook until soft.
- Stir in beef and cook until browned.
- Mix in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream and flour, then add to the skillet.
- Stir in bacon, and cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.
