- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the salmon fillets with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Spread half of the bang bang sauce over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
