  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 4 cups bechamel sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and add sausage, cooking until browned.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with the sausage, ricotta, and bechamel sauce.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
