Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole

A delicious and creamy spaghetti casserole infused with the rich flavor of cream cheese and the twist of turkey bacon.

  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, cream cheese, sour cream, milk, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Add the crumbled turkey bacon and mix well.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute turkey bacon with mushrooms.
  • Use whole wheat spaghetti for a healthier choice.
