- 12 zucchini flowers
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sparkling water
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Carefully wash the zucchini flowers and remove the stamen.

- Stuff each flower with the cheese mixture.
