  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to create the crust. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix sliced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spread the apple mixture over the cheesecake layer.
  6. In a small bowl, combine flour, oats, and walnuts. Sprinkle this mixture over the apples.
  7. Bake for 50 minutes or until the cheesecake is set. Let it cool before removing from the springform pan.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
