  • 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  7. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  8. Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Allow it to cool before serving.
